We will evaluate your frames to ensure they are in good condition, and then proceed with fitting your updated prescription lenses.

3. Quality Assurance: While LA Sackwild Opticians will take reasonable care in handling your frames, we do not guarantee that any work performed (e.g., fitting lenses or other alterations) will not affect the integrity of your frames.
4. Acknowledgement: By agreeing, you confirm that you have read and understood this disclaimer and that you release LA Sackwild Opticians from any and all liability regarding the use of your own frames.
